After vocational aptitude assessment at the Social Integration State Agency, individuals of working age with disability, mental disorders or anticipated disability can acquire state-funded professional rehabilitation service - complete a vocational education or skills acquisition program at Jūrmala Vocational Secondary School.

The duration of the service provided depends on the most suitable academic program.

  • Procesa apraksts

Individuals with disabilities should apply for vocational aptitude assessment by phone + 371 29187093, + 371 29249084 or in person at Slokas Street 61, Jūrmala. Other applicants should submit:

  1. a copy of the prior education document and transcript of records;
  2. a document issued by general practitioner (valid for one month) about persons health;
  3. in case the surname/ given name was changed, a copy of the document attesting the change of surname/ given name;
  4. the passport, ID card or birth certificate should be presented.

Receiving the service according to the choice or based on the results of the vocational aptitude assessment.
