Rehabilitation is an essential part of the recovery process. In order for the recovery process to achieve the desired result, the methods chosen for rehabilitation must be selected individually for each client, following the recommendations of the general practitioner or attending physician.
When choosing and applying for SIVA rehabilitation, the individual rehabilitation plan is created by the doctor, taking into account your health, functioning condition and contraindications.
The case of each client is individual, therefore, within the framework of the rehabilitation course, the range of procedures provided to each client may be different. Each client, according to the doctor's assessment, can additionally receive other medical services with us during the rehabilitation course, which are not included in the basic program (for an additional fee). All the services offered are also available to customers with reduced mobility. A rehabilitation course is an inpatient service.
Within the framework of the rehabilitation course, the client is provided with:
- specialist consultations (doctor, physiotherapist, occupational therapist*, psychologist*);
- rehabilitation procedures**;
- cultural and leisure activities;
- hotel accommodation;
- meals (3x per day, diets – 5, 9 and 15, as well as vegetarian).
The duration of SIVA rehabilitation can be tailored to your needs. The following rehabilitation procedures are included in the rehabilitation course according to the doctor's recommendation:
- Physiotherapy – group and/or individual sessions under the guidance of a physiotherapist in the hall and/or pool,
- Slings***, Nordic walking, dosed walking, puttying, gym, water gym, etc.;
- Occupational therapy – individual and / or group classes, classes with the medical device RehaCom;
- Physical therapy – various electrotherapy devices – magnetotherapy, laser therapy, lymphatic drainage, amplipulse therapy, TENS, etc.;
- Hydrotherapy – baths, showers, underwater massage, pool.

Provision of services and refunds
The paid service is provided by the Agency if the client has made a prepayment for the service or submitted a letter of guarantee.
The Agency shall refund the money to the client for the paid, but not used, paid service on the basis of a client application registered with the Agency, which the client submits no later than three working days before the start or termination of the paid service.
