    On the basis of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (“VDAR”), the Social Integration State Agency informs that:

    1. will process personal data contained in Your application;
    2. the aim of processing personal data that You have submitted is only to ensure the process of vacancy contest;
    3. the controller for processing personal data that You submitted is Social Integration State Agency (Dubultu prospectus 71, Jūrmala, e-mail: personals@siva.gov.lv);
    4. Your personal data will not be transferred to third persons and Your application will be destroyed after one month of the closing of the competition;
    5. You have the right to request and receive information about the processing of your personal data.
